International Party Venue
This event will be held at "ELLARE" in Ikebukuro, a cafe space where you can relax and socialize while feeling the warmth of wood.
It is located on a street facing Nishi-Ikebukuro Park, just past Rikkyo Street, and has excellent accessibility.
It is a 5-minute walk from the West Exit of JR Ikebukuro Station and a 1-minute walk from Exit C3 of Ikebukuro Subway Station.
